1. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer various shipping options based on your location and the products ordered. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the size and weight of your order, and your delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days for domestic orders.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times and costs for international orders will vary based on the destination country and customs procedures.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed, but we will notify you of any significant delays.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@qoppasports.com.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. However, the customer is responsible for any additional customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and will need to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs processing, and we cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for shipping during checkout.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@qoppasports.com.

For damaged shipments, please provide photographs of the damaged packaging and products within 5 days of receipt, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and arranging for a replacement.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@qoppasports.com. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify it.
  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on returning the order.

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the delivery estimates provided, unexpected delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or customs clearance for international orders. We are not responsible for such delays but will do our best to keep you informed and assist you with tracking your order.
